The development comprised a 250m² medical centre featuring four consulting rooms, a pathology suite, stress testing room, reception and waiting areas, staff amenities, accessible patient facilities and dedicated administration spaces. The facility was designed and constructed to meet current healthcare, accessibility and building compliance requirements, including accessible pathways, compliant sanitary facilities and specialised medical fit-out provisions.
As Head Contractor, DNA Construction delivered the project from initial site preparation through to completion, including demolition, civil and stormwater infrastructure, car parking, accessibility works, structural construction, and the full building envelope. The facility features a face brick façade, double-glazed aluminium windows, Colorbond roofing, skylights, solar provisions and extensive external works including retaining walls, porous paving, landscaping and security infrastructure.
Internally, we completed the full medical fit-out, including consulting rooms, pathology and stress testing suites, custom joinery, acoustic treatments, accessible amenities, staff facilities and premium commercial finishes. The result is a purpose-built healthcare environment that combines functionality, durability and compliance with modern medical facility requirements.
The completed facility combines durable construction methodologies with high-quality finishes and efficient building services, delivering a professional healthcare environment that supports patient comfort, staff productivity and long-term operational performance. Key sustainability features included energy-efficient LED lighting, double-glazed windows, skylights, solar power infrastructure, water-saving fixtures and a rainwater harvesting system.
