The project involved a complete internal reconfiguration incorporating reception and waiting areas, radiology suites, pathology and treatment rooms, reporting spaces, and staff amenities.
A key component of the project was integrating specialist requirements, including radiation-protected rooms and acoustic treatments, alongside fully coordinated electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic services to suit clinical equipment and ongoing operations. All works were delivered in line with current regulatory standards.
Accessibility upgrades were central to the scope, with the introduction of step-free access, compliant doorways and circulation, an accessible bathroom, and a new external ramp designed to seamlessly integrate with the existing site.
Internally, we delivered a clean, contemporary fit-out using durable, healthcare-grade finishes, complemented by custom joinery across reception, clinical, and back-of-house spaces. Externally, the building’s original character was retained and enhanced through repairs and refurbishment.
The result is a functional, compliant, and well-resolved clinical environment that supports efficient healthcare delivery while providing a calm and welcoming setting for patients and staff.
