The project involved selective demolition, internal reconfiguration and the construction of new timber and acoustic-rated stud walls, including specialised lead-lined walls, doors and glazing to meet radiation shielding requirements.
Construction works included new floor finishes, suspended ceilings, joinery, accessibility-compliant amenities, mechanical and electrical upgrades, data and communications infrastructure, fire services modifications and the installation of specialised imaging room provisions. Existing services were integrated and upgraded where required, while new glazing, door systems and internal finishes were installed to create a modern clinical environment.
The completed facility transformed the tenancy into a fully functional imaging centre designed to support advanced diagnostic equipment, efficient patient flow and contemporary healthcare operations.
