Key construction activities included earthworks, installation of underground services, structural framing, and progressive enclosure of the building envelope. Internal works followed, comprising partitions, linings, joinery, services installation, and high-quality finishes, all delivered in compliance with relevant standards and best trade practices.
Throughout the project, strict site management protocols were implemented, including environmental and noise control measures to minimise impact on neighbouring properties. Construction activities were carefully managed to reduce disturbance, with equipment fitted with noise suppression and works sequenced to limit disruption.
Safety and site control were central to delivery, with the contractor responsible for maintaining a comprehensive occupational health and safety system, controlling site access, and protecting workers, the public, and adjacent properties at all times.
Material handling, storage, and installation were carefully coordinated to protect completed works and ensure quality outcomes. Ongoing cleaning, waste removal, and protection measures were maintained throughout construction, with each trade required to leave work areas clean and ready for subsequent stages.
The project concluded with full commissioning, final cleaning, and completion of all statutory approvals and documentation, delivering a fully operational and compliant dental facility ready for occupation.
