The project incorporated construction of a new foyer and administration offices, commercial-grade kitchen, and upgraded amenities, along with full building fit-out including joinery, finishes, fixtures and fittings.
Works included demolition and relocation of existing services, and installation of new building services (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, communications and fire systems), together with associated civil works and landscaping to enhance the surrounding external areas.
